Our billing policies

FormatIQ is a digital subscription service. The Free plan lets you format your first document at no cost. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription (PKR 499 / month) that unlocks unlimited formatting, all templates, and priority processing. There are no physical goods.

Because FormatIQ is fully digital, there is no shipping. Formatted documents are delivered instantly — you download them in your browser as soon as they're generated, and they also appear in your dashboard. When you upgrade to Pro, your account is upgraded immediately upon successful payment, and Pro features become available right away.

Every new account can format its first document free. We encourage you to use this free document to confirm FormatIQ meets your needs before subscribing to Pro.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel:
• You won't be charged again.
• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• There is no cancellation fee.

Because Pro is a digital service delivered instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun and the service has been used. However, we want you to be treated fairly:
• If you were charged in error, or a technical problem on our side prevented you from using Pro and we were unable to resolve it, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review your case for a refund.
• Refunds, where approved, are issued to your original payment method via Safepay and may take a few business days to appear.
