Why is it sometimes slow?
We're a student project running on a free server tier. To keep FormatIQ free to try, the engine goes to sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity. The next person to upload a document wakes it, which takes 30–60 seconds. Every document after that formats in a few seconds.
Pro subscribers get priority processing. If you ever see a document fail, it's worth trying once more — or email formatiq.career@gmail.com and we'll look at your file personally.
